30-Day Policy Window
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with all seals, tamper-proof closures, and labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items (Due to Health & Safety)
For the safety and integrity of our natural products, several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable Goods: This includes all snacks, baked goods, fresh herbal preparations, and any product clearly marked with an expiration date that has been opened.
- Health and Wellness Products: Opened containers of vitamins, supplements, herbs, teas, tinctures, or any product where the inner safety seal has been broken cannot be returned.
- Intimate or Sanitary Goods: Items like essential oils or topical salves that have been used or opened.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products (e.g., e-guides, workout plans).
Completing Your Return
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or packing slip) to verify the transaction.
Please note: You must send the item directly back to our shop at the address provided in the Shipping Returns section. Do not send your purchase back to the original product manufacturer, as they cannot process your refund.
Situations Granting Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original, sealed condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error (e.g., minor damage to the outer box not affecting the product seal).
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Process
Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that rejection is immediate if the product safety seal is determined to be broken or compromised.
Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or discounted bundle products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival (e.g., a shattered glass bottle of tincture, or a product that arrived past its expiration date).
If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please send us an email with a photo of the damage at support@lavender-flamingo-126328.hostingersite.com and if accepted, mail your item to: 3301 Rock Quarry Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on the shipping label.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning fragile or more expensive items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
